Jesus is God’s only Son. Jesus is God. He has taken our sins, our selfishness and our shame and carried them to the cross. Then he rose from the dead three days later to demonstrate his power over sin and death. He did all this so that through belief in him we could have a personal relationship with God.
(John 1:1-5, 3:16, 14:10-30; Heb 4:14-15; Rom 1:3-4; 1 Cor 15:3-4)

God is the Creator. He knows everything, sees everything, has power over everything, and has a plan for everything. We know he exists in three persons the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. We see His amazing creation all around us and we feel His personal touch in our lives. We can never fully comprehend God but we know that He loves us and desires a personal relationship with us.
(Gen 1:1,1:26-27; Psalm 90:2; Matt 28:19; 1 Pet 1:2; 2 Cor 13:14)

The Holy Spirit lives inside us the moment we put our faith in Jesus Christ. He helps us understand the truth, comforts and strengthens us in times of need, guides us in the ways we are to live, gifts us to serve others, and continually reveals new things about God to us.
(John 14:16-17, 14:26, 16:13-15; Acts 1:8; 1 Cor 2:12; Gal 5:25)

We are God’s most cherished achievement. He created us with tremendous potential for good, but because of our sinfulness we are separated from Him. Even though we try, there’s no way that on our own we can get back into a right relationship with God. Yet, because of his love and forgiveness, God made a way, through Jesus Christ, to restore that relationship.
(Gen 1:27; Psalm 8:3-8; Isaiah 53:6, 59:1-2; Rom 3:23)

The Bible is God’s perfect and complete word. It’s THE truth, the blueprint for our lives, the standard by which we measure ourselves, and the framework for how we relate to others. We don’t always understand it, but we trust it. All of it, not just some of it. We don’t ignore or edit out the parts we don’t like. Every single word is God-breathed.
(2 Tim 3:16; 2 Pet 1:20-21; Psalm 12:6, 119:105; Rev 22:18-19)

Salvation is a gift from God. We can’t earn it. We don’t deserve it. But God, because of his love for us, offers it to us through his Son, Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us that by believing in Jesus as Lord and Savior we will spend eternity with God in heaven. That belief is defined in the Bible as a belief that produces “fruit” in your life — which are the attributes of having an authentic relationship with Jesus.
(Rom 6:23; Eph 2:8-9; John 1:12, 14:6; Titus 3:5; Gal 3:26)
